Monthly rent includes heat and water. All apartments are fully carpeted, with linoleum in the kitchen and ceramic tile in the bathrooms.

Standard apartments have a stove, refrigerator, and disposal; 3 bedroom standard apartments also have a dishwasher. The larger apamnents have a self-cleaning stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator, disposal, and dishwasher. Large 2 and 3 bedroom units also have washer and dryer hook-ups in the apartment for your own appliances.

There are coin-operated washers & dryers in each basement, as well as a basement storage unit assigned to each apartment.

There are a limited number of carports available for $20 per month. Arbor Village is a pet-friendly community. There is an required pet deposit, as well as an extra monthly fee of $20.

All apartments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
